- Drive for Results: Hedge Fund analysts want to know whether you have the initiative, motivation, attention to detail, and energy to deliver strong results. Start tracking and measuring your achievements.
- Communication Skills: Ability to write and speak well suggests that you’ll be successful working with clients and hedge fund co-workers. Have you presented in front of a class? Written successful papers?
- Teamwork Skills: Teaming with clients and hedge fund peers is a critical assignment. Have you been a member of a sports team? Work effectively with people? Taken on the role of a team leader or player?
